1 lb. ground pork (not sausage) 2 lbs. lean ground beef 1 lb. ground veal (ED: if you can't find this, use ground turkey) 1/2 med onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic chopped green pepper chopped celery 4 eggs 3 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp pepper sliced bacon for top 1 can tomato paste or equivalent catsup
Directions
Combine ingredients except tomato paste and bacon. Make two loaves. Top with tomato paste and a layer of bacon. Put meatloafs (meatloaves?) in a baking dish or sheet pan with sides high enough to catch the grease. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
