| 2 cups sifted flour | 2 tsp. baking powder |
| 1/2 tsp. baking soda | 1/2 tsp. salt |
| 1/2 cup coarsely chopped Brazil nuts | 1 egg, slightly beaten |
| 1 cup orange marmalade | 1/2 cup evaporated milk |
| 1 Tbsp. vinegar | 1 Tbsp. melted butter |
Directions
Sift dry ingredients into mixing bowl.
Add nuts.
Combine remaining ingredients and add to flour mixture.
Stir until well blended.
Place into a greased loaf pan.
Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.
Remove from pan and allow to cool before serving.
