Serves

Ingredients
1 cup cornmeal
2 cup cold water
2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp melted butter

Directions
Mix the meal, water and salt to cook five minutes, stirring constantly.
Add well beaten eggs, milk and melted butter.
Pour into a well-greased hot baking dish.
Bake 40 - 50 minutes at 425°.
