Zesty Broiled Chicken
Zucchini and Potatoes in Cupcake Pan Has Comments
Zucchini Chicken With Vermicelli
Zucchini Squash Patties

Ingredients
3 oz. of Italian dressing
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 TBS. garlic butter
8 oz. rigatoni noodles
1 26-oz. jar of pasta sauce.

Directions
Marinate chicken in Italian dressing for 2 to 4 hours.
Place the chicken under the broiler for 10 to 15 minutes until fully cooked.
Cook rigatoni until tender but firm.
Heat pasta sauce.
When pasta is cooked, drain and stir in garlic butter.
Place pasta on plate, top with sauce.
Slice the chicken into strips and place on top of pasta.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Serve with steamed veggies.
