Ingredients
nonstick vegetable spray
2 large eggs
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted, cooled
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup flour
1/3 cup semisweet or white chocolate chips
½ cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
Directions
Spray 8x8x2 glass baking dish with nonstick spray.
Whisk eggs, butter and vanilla in large bowl to blend.
Add sugar, cocoa and flour and blend well.
Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Spread batter in prepared dish.
Cool brownies uncovered in microwave on high until tester inserted into center comes out clean, about 5 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes; cut into squares.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
