Apparently you are supposed to shout "wassail" when you drink this.

Ingredients
3 quarts of your favorite tea. Constant Comment or a good spice tea might work well.
1 lb. sugar cubes
4 lemons
1 quart rum
1 quart brandy
1 tsp. nutmeg

Directions
Make your tea very strong.
While tea is steeping, rub the sugar cubes on the lemon rinds until the yellow part has been absorbed by the sugar.
Put the sugar and the juice of the lemons into a large punch bowl.
Add the tea, rum, and brandy.
Add the nutmeg.
Mix thuroughly.
