Ingredients
1 Loaf French Bread
1/2 cups Butter
1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Dash of Tabasco

Directions
Slice loaf in half lengthwise.
Beat together the butter, cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, and Tabasco until smooth and blended.
Spread mixture evenly on each slice of bread.
Heat bread open face under broiler until cheese is bubbly. Slice to serve.
