Oatmeal Pancakes With Bisquick

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. reg. or quick-cooking oats
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk (I use 1 1/2)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 eggs (I use 3)
1 teaspoon vanilla (I use 2 tsp)
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions
Beat all ingredients until smooth.
Pour by 1/4 cup onto hot griddle.
Cook pancake until edges are dry.
Turn, cook until golden brown.

Makes about 18 (4 inch) pancakes
