Schenley Tom and Jerry
Ingredients
3 eggs, separated
8 tsp. fine granulated sugar
1 pint Schenley Reserve Rye Whiskey
1/4 pint rum
grated nutmeg
Directions
Beat egg yolks and sugar until thick.
Add in the rye and the rum.
Whip egg whites until stiff and fold into the rest of the ingredients.
To serve, fill mugs 2/3 full of the mixture.
Top off with hot milk, stirring constantly.
Grate nutmeg on top.
Serves 8
