Hot Tea Punch
Ingredients
1/4 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice
3 cups boiling water
3 Tbsp. tea
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 cinnamon stick or ground cinnamon to taste
1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
1-1/2 tsp. orange rind, grated
Directions
Combine sugar, water, cinnamon, lemon rind and orange
rind in saucepan.
Boil 5 minutes; then remove the cinnamon stick, if you are using stick cinnamon.
Add orange, lemon and pineapple juice
Keep hot.
Pour bubbling, boiling water over the tea.
Steep from 3 to 5 minutes and strain.
Combine tea and fruit mixtures.
Serve hot in tea or punch cups.
