The weather has been typical London – warmish one minute and cold the next. We have not had much of what you would call rain, just drizzle now and then.
I still love London although the newness has worn off.
Dale and I argue about the London Underground versus the New York debacle thingy they call a subway.I love the tube and find it so easy to manage! Well, except I am leaving my card on the reader too long or not long enough and it keeps giving me an error, which a station agent said is fine as long as I get a green light and the gate opens.
FOOD!!! I have not had a really bad meal yet! By this time last trip, I had had about 5. Did I mention that absolutely amazing sandwich at Harrod’s!!!!!!! I suspect people will shoot me out of boredom before they stop hearing about it!
Today is Day Three, and I hear Dale coughing next door, so we will be off to nreakfast soon.
Oh, LOL, last night the tour guide asked how a guy from Tennessee and California knew each other and I said we met on the internet. Well, you can imagine what response that got! And then when you explain that there are a whole group of you and you all love Billy Elliot, well, things do not get any better. And then there is that obvious older man, younger guy thing. I should have called Dale a few pet names but he might have hit me.
For the record, we have SEPARATE rooms for a reason! (I snore)!
